Programs

Programs built to run without you in the room

Every program follows the same shape: a diagnostic, a design built around what's actually true for that workforce, and facilitator training so the client's own team can run it long after Human Fluency leaves. The Future-Proof Human, delivered for NTU Care Serve Learn in partnership with Praxium, is the proof this shape works at scale.

The structure

Four parts, always in the same order

01

Diagnostic

How this workforce actually relates to AI right now, before anything gets designed. What's already working, what's quietly being avoided, and where the real resistance sits.

02

Program design

The Know Yourself, Work with AI, Choose structure, scoped to that specific workforce rather than delivered off the shelf.

03

Facilitator training

The client's own L&D team or internal champions, trained to run the program themselves. Human Fluency designs it, but doesn't stay the only one who can run it.

04

Embedding

Check-ins months after launch, so the program is still running once the people who built it have moved on to the next thing.

Proof it works at scale

The Future-Proof Human, for NTU Care Serve Learn

NTU undergraduates train in the Know Yourself, Work with AI, Choose structure before spending up to a year delivering service projects to youth, persons with disabilities, and seniors. The training day itself is the program design and facilitator training steps above, running in full: NTU's own student facilitators are trained to run each module themselves, in small groups, before a single service project begins.

Up to 400undergraduates in the first cohort
2 of 3modules run per session, chosen for the group
40 hoursof service delivered per student, over up to a year
Sept 2026live delivery date, facilitator training already complete

Delivered in partnership with Praxium, under a signed collaboration agreement covering program design, delivery, and intellectual property. NTU Care Serve Learn students can find their own facilitator guides, boards, and worksheets on the NTU Care Serve Learn page.

In delivery. Facilitator training is complete and the first cohort runs live in September 2026. This page will carry the outcomes once that cohort has finished.

For organisations navigating AI

Bring this structure to your organisation

If you're looking at a rollout, a stalled adoption, or a workforce that needs more than another tool license, this is the same four-part structure, scoped to your people instead of a student cohort.
