NTU Care Serve Learn
Human Fluency is delivering this framework as the training foundation for NTU's Care Serve Learn program, in partnership with Praxium. NTU undergraduates train in these frameworks before delivering 40-hour service projects to youth, persons with disabilities, and seniors, over the course of a year.
You won't know what job you'll have, who you'll work with, or what problems you'll be solving ten years from now. Nobody does. AI can help you get things done faster, but it can't tell you what actually matters to you, how to build real trust with people, or where you want your life to go. Those are still entirely yours to work out, and they're exactly the things that don't go out of date, no matter how fast everything else changes.
That's what today builds. Values gives you a decision filter you can actually use, something to check against when a choice gets hard. Emotional Bank Account gives you a way to see how relationships actually get built and broken, in the everyday actions you already take with people. Dreams and Aspirations gives you a direction you actually choose, plus a first step you can take this week. All three are skills that show up directly in how you lead teams, work across real difference, and build trust with people who don't think like you.
