NTU Care Serve Learn

Disclaimer & Terms of Use

The terms that apply to using these facilitator guides, boards, and worksheets: for student facilitators, for beneficiaries, and for the adults present at every beneficiary session.

For NTU student facilitators

These facilitator guides, boards, and worksheets are built for NTU Care Serve Learn student facilitators who have completed training for the specific module and population they're using.

Only use the guide, board, and worksheet for the module and population, Youth, Persons with Disabilities, or Seniors, that you were trained on. If you haven't trained on a module or population yet, don't run it live.

These guides, boards, and worksheets, along with the Human Fluency Lab and Praxium name and branding, are for use within the NTU Care Serve Learn programme only. Don't copy, share, or forward them outside this programme, and don't use our name, logo, or materials in your own project proposals, presentations, publicity, or other communications, without prior written approval from Human Fluency Lab or Praxium.

If you're facilitating with a real beneficiary group, an appropriate adult (a teacher, support worker, or staff member) must be present for the whole session, as covered in your training.

If something comes up that concerns you, follow the STOP / SLOW / MONITOR protocol from your training and tell your on-site contact or lead facilitator straightaway.

By using this material, you're confirming you've completed the training for what you're about to use, and that you'll use it the way you were trained. Human Fluency Lab and Praxium are not responsible for outcomes arising from the use of this material, including outcomes that occur even when it is used as trained.

For beneficiaries, and the adult present

These sessions are facilitated by NTU Care Serve Learn students as part of their training, under the Human Fluency framework, in partnership with Praxium. A trained student facilitator runs each session, and an appropriate adult (a teacher, support worker, or staff member) must be present for the entire session.

If a facilitator pauses or ends an activity using the STOP / SLOW / MONITOR protocol from their training, please support that decision.

Human Fluency Lab and Praxium are not responsible for outcomes arising from these sessions, including where the facilitator has followed their training.

What this program tracks

This program tracks broad, non-identifying data: which module, round, and population a session reached, and when. No names, written content, or other identifying details are collected. This data is used to measure program engagement, is retained for seven years, and is accessible only to Human Fluency Lab staff and facilitators.
